I am a therapist, consultant, and positive disruptor. I help people recognize and unlearn negative patterns, get unstuck, and create healthy relationships with themselves and others.


Although acceptance of mental health and its importance has become more mainstream, in communities of color, the topic of mental health continues to be taboo and viewed in a negative light. I would like to change that.
